Job Summary

Responsibilities:
◾Generate weekly and monthly reports
◾Compile and distribute weekly property specials
◾Prepare and distribute the monthly deadline calendar
◾Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
◾Prepare meeting minutes for weekly management leadership meetings
◾Distribute safety meeting materials and track completion of meetings
◾Collect and save rental market surveys, track completion
◾Collect variance reports and track completion
◾Update and distribute property lists
◾Set up national vendor accounts for properties
◾Document filing
◾Assist with invoices, property tax reporting and replacement reserves
◾Create spreadsheets and correspondence as requested
◾Provide administrative support to leadership team
◾Provide coverage for receptionist as needed


Skills:
◾Organization and attention to detail
◾Ability to multi-task
◾Strong written and verbal communication
◾Proficiency in MS Office - Intermediate to Advanced level Excel
◾Excellent follow-up
◾Ability to work independently on projects from start to finish



Qualifications:
◾High School diploma or equivalent
◾2-3 years administrative experience in an office or professional setting
◾Multi-line phone experience is a plus!
