Be able to distinguish between great publishers and those who are not.

Today, we work with more than 12,000 advertisers and help them connect with the internet’s most passionate audiences. We are a remote company that primarily works around an EST schedule.
Scout, onboard build and manage relationships with new publishers.
Work with existing publishing partners to help them make more $$$.
Communicate internal stakeholders/clients’ needs and expectations.
Prospect new publishers based on BuySellAds product fit through strategic outbound efforts. (No spammy templated spray and pray emails here.)
Collaborate with ad operations to develop reporting and monitor metrics including impressions, click-through-rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rates, etc.

Organized, detailed-oriented, and proactive.
Experience working for a publisher, or running a publication (blog / content driven site).
Successful track record of developing strategic relationships.
Ability to work independently, consistently producing meaningful results.
Comfortable working remotely.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
