Position: Remote Productions Support Department: Restaurant Operations Reports to: Claire Kidd Location: Remote (Home)
** 19 hours per week - Friday 6:00pm - 11:00pm Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 3:30pm & 4:00pm - 11:30pm - Alternate weeks. Position Summary: “Restaurant Operations welcomes passionate, self driven leaders that encourage support and growth for partners. We offer empowerment, creativeness and career opportunity to the right individuals that want to make a difference...is this you?” This administrator will be an integral part of the processes in getting a restaurant online and enhancing the on-going journey for our Restaurant Partner with providing great support and customer care. You will work closely with all departments to ensure our menus are of a good standard by quality assurance, amending the online site with requests for changes via many different avenues. Our Team is innovative and passionate who work hard to achieve targets and ensuring every customer truly loves their takeaway experience and our Restaurants feel they are our valued Partners. Key responsibilities
  • Being responsible for general all round admin, reporting and administration relating to the menu team
  • Ad-hoc project work which may involve producing presentations when required
  • Quality assurance of menus - Managing various work streams within the team
  • Providing first line support to vendors
  • Multi skilling tasks to cover work flows-
  • Providing great customer care via telephone or email ensuring a great customer experience
  • Passionate to getting the job right first time to leave a positive experience
  • Flexibility to travel to compulsory meetings organised by management

Required skills and experience
  • Being self motivated and happy to work alone
  • Administration experience
  • Basic knowledge of Spreadsheets, Google Doc’s & slides
  • Target driven (personal and team)
  • Confident on system processes and proactive contact
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident to expressing views, opinions and sharing ideas
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
