I've spent the last 12 years building web platforms — most of that on WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP for enterprise clients across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Currently I'm a Technical Lead at Curotec, a US-based agency, where I've worked remotely for over 7 years. I lead a distributed US–India team building high-traffic platforms — sites serving 100K+ users. My work covers architecture, client estimations, code reviews, and the production debugging nobody else wants to touch. Some results I'm proud of: cutting average load times from 5s to 2.5s on high-traffic sites, building CI/CD pipelines that reduced deployment errors by 70%, and maintaining 99.9% uptime on platforms where downtime costs real money. Before Curotec, I led a 10-developer team at an agency in Ahmedabad. The thing I'm most proud of from that time is "Reva" — an internal WordPress framework I built that cut development time roughly in half across 200+ projects. It's still in production today. Over the last couple of years I've been bringing AI into my engineering workflow — LLM-assisted development with custom instruction files that encode project standards into the AI's context, and workflow automation with n8n and the OpenAI API. I've completed the OpenAI Partner certifications (AI Technical, AI Sales, ChatGPT Deployment, and Codex Practitioner) to learn this properly, not superficially. I'm also a Certified Advanced Professional WordPress Developer (Automattic) and hold three WP VIP certifications — Architecture, Security, and Performance. How I work: I try to keep things simple. Ship it, measure it, improve it. I treat security and performance as part of the build, not something to fix later. And I write documentation that people actually read. A few things I believe: - Own your work end to end. If I shipped it, it's mine — including the bugs. - Share what you know. Helping a colleague get unstuck is rarely wasted time. - Over-communicate, especially in remote teams. Silence is where projects go to die. - Never stop learning — the day you think you know enough is the day you start falling behind. - And given enough time and patience, there's no problem that can't be solved. I'm currently looking for Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Technical Lead roles — product companies or agencies building at enterprise scale, where deep web architecture and practical AI adoption both matter.
